How long will delivery take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping then takes an estimated 7–14 business days. Processing and shipping times are counted separately.

Are the products dishwasher safe?

Most stainless, ceramic and silicone items are dishwasher safe. Wooden utensils and chopsticks should be hand washed and dried. Each product page states the recommended care.

What is the return policy?

Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit; statutory rights take priority where they apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Transit damage is handled outside the standard return window.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver to most international destinations with tracked standard shipping. Remote addresses may exceed the 7–14 business day estimate.
